HS-Markets Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
HS-Markets is committed to upholding the highest standards in preventing money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud. This AML Policy reflects our compliance with international regulations and our role in promoting a secure trading environment.
1. Objectives
- Detect and prevent suspicious activities.
- Ensure transparent and secure trading.
- Comply with AML/CTF regulations.
2. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Individual clients must submit ID, proof of address, contact info.
- Corporate clients must submit legal documents, ownership, and business info.
- Card deposits require masked card images.
3. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
- Applied to PEPs, high-risk regions, large/complex transactions.
- Requires additional verification, proof of funds, and behavior monitoring.
4. Monitoring and Records
- All transactions are monitored for irregularities.
- Client data is stored securely for at least 5 years.
5. Payment & Withdrawal Rules
- No third-party deposits or withdrawals.
- Withdrawals must use the original deposit method and currency.
6. Sanctions & Restrictions
Services are not available to residents of high-risk jurisdictions (e.g., USA, North Korea, Iran, Russia, Belarus, Vietnam).
7. AML Compliance Structure
- AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO) manages oversight, reporting, and audits.
- Internal reporting is mandatory for suspicious activity.
8. Staff Training & Risk Awareness
- Employees receive AML training annually.
- New hires undergo background checks where applicable.
9. Risk-Based Approach
Clients are classified into low, medium, or high risk. Higher-risk clients are subject to EDD and stricter monitoring.
10. Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR)
Employees must immediately report any suspicious activity to AMLCO, who may submit SARs to relevant authorities.
11. Employee Conduct
- Staff must uphold AML policy and act ethically.
- Violations may lead to termination or legal action.
