3. Partner Responsibilities

• Introduce new clients and build affiliate networks.
• Promote company services without giving financial advice.
• Ensure marketing complies with local laws and obtain Company approval for campaigns.
• Prohibited from using unethical methods (spam, misleading content, etc.).

4. Company Rights

• Accept or reject partners at discretion.
• Cancel commissions for fraudulent behavior or violation of agreement terms.
• Monitor marketing channels and client acquisition behavior.

5. Mutual Responsibilities

• Partner is responsible for the accuracy of shared information and account security.
• Company is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access or third-party service failures.

6. Commission Policy

• Commissions are paid daily if trades meet criteria (≥30 points, ≥15 seconds).
• Volume and deposit thresholds apply for full commission; below-threshold activity may reduce payout to 30%.
• CPS (Cost Per Sale) program offers $50 if referral meets all specific criteria.
• Withdrawals require verified details; processing may take 1–3 banking days.

7. Dispute Resolution

Complaints must be submitted within 3 business days with complete transaction details. Company will respond within 14 business days.

8. Termination and Amendments

• Company may update or terminate the agreement with notice.
• Violations may result in immediate suspension and cancellation of commissions.
